Bitcoin Payment Not Showing as Paid Print

Bitcoin Payment Sent but Invoice Is Not Updated

If you have already sent your Bitcoin payment but your SuperStreams invoice still shows as unpaid, don't worry. First, check the transaction status before opening a support ticket.

Step 1: Find Your Bitcoin Transaction ID

Open the wallet or exchange you used to send the payment.

Find the Bitcoin transaction and copy the transaction ID (TXID).

The TXID is the unique identifier for your Bitcoin transaction.

Step 2: Check the Payment Details

Make sure:

  • The Bitcoin address you used matches the address shown on your SuperStreams invoice.

  • The amount sent is correct.

  • The transaction was actually broadcast.

  • The transaction is not still pending in your wallet.

Step 3: Allow Time for Confirmation

Bitcoin transactions may require network confirmations before a payment system marks an invoice as paid.

Processing time can vary depending on network activity.

Do not send another payment immediately just because your invoice has not updated.

Step 4: Contact SuperStreams Support

If your transaction has been successfully sent but your invoice remains unpaid, open a support ticket.

Please provide:

  • Invoice number

  • Bitcoin amount

  • Transaction ID (TXID)

  • Screenshot of the transaction, if available

Our support team can then check the payment.

Important

Never send your Bitcoin payment to a different address because someone sends you a new address through an unofficial message.

Always use the Bitcoin address displayed on your official SuperStreams invoice.
